Parking, Decals, & Amenity Access Cards
Racquetball Court Access
The racquetball courts are accessed using an owner-specific access code. This provides designated access to the courts while helping maintain appropriate security and access control.
Residents who need their access code should contact the management office for assistance.
Parking & Decals
Parking decals are required for vehicles within the Park Lake community. Properly displaying the required decal helps identify authorized vehicles and helps prevent vehicles from being subject to towing in accordance with the Association’s parking requirements.
Residents should obtain and display their parking decal as required and contact the Association or management office with questions regarding parking requirements.
Amenity Swipe Cards
A swipe card is required to access several of Park Lake’s community amenities, including:
- Clubhouse
- Fitness Room
- Swimming Pool
- Billiard Room
The swipe card provides residents with convenient access to these facilities while helping the Association maintain controlled access to community amenities.
If a swipe card is lost, it can be replaced for a nominal fee.
Issuance & Application Process
Issuance & Application Process
Swipe cards, access codes, and parking decals are issued by management after the required application has been processed. Applications must be approved by the Board of Directors prior to the sale or lease.
Once the application has been processed and the required approvals have been completed, residents can obtain the applicable access items through the management office.
