Location, Location, Location!
The community is in Brandon, about 13 miles from Tampa. Brandon sits near Florida’s west coast and is within about a 45-minute drive of the Gulf of Mexico and beaches such as Bradenton Beach, Clearwater Beach, Siesta Key, and St. Pete Beach.
Everyday conveniences are close at hand, including Westfield Brandon and a nearby movie theater. The short drive to Tampa also makes the community a practical base for work and air travel.
A distinctive advantage is the medical complex just outside the main entrance, so residents have healthcare access at the community’s doorstep.

Lake Hendricks Wildlife Preserve
Park Lake at Parsons wraps around a wildlife preserve on Lake Hendricks. Residents live beside protected shoreline and habitat rather than a typical suburban pond—lush landscaping, quiet water, and regular sightings of more than 20 bird species.
Waterfront units look out over the lake and preserve. Walking paths make it easy to enjoy the setting without leaving the community: morning light on the water, wading birds along the edge, and a natural buffer that keeps the property feeling open and calm.
The preserve is part of what defines daily life here—views from lanais and the lakefront pool, a setting for the gazebo, and a reminder that the community was planned around the lake, not against it.
Please do not feed the wildlife
Why feeding is not allowed
- Wildlife that learns to expect handouts can become aggressive, especially around the pool, gazebo, walkways, and lanais.
- Human food is unhealthy for birds and other animals and can cause illness or dependency.
- Fed animals often lose their natural fear of people, which leads to property damage, mess, and unsafe encounters.
- Leftover food attracts pests and can create sanitation problems in common areas.
What we ask of owners, residents, and guests
- Do not offer bread, crackers, seed, pet food, or table scraps to birds, fish, turtles, or other wildlife.
- Do not leave pet food, grill scraps, or unsecured trash outdoors.
- Enjoy the preserve by watching from a respectful distance.
- Remind visitors and vendors of this rule.
